Summer 2007

I landed a student placement in Bath with Happold Media in summer 07. My primary task during my time there was, essentially, to create the entire Happold Media website. So, over the nine weeks I worked there, I built a website and integrated ACP that would enable the website administrators to easily create pages with multiple layouts, multiple media, automatic formatting tags and in multiple languages (including Arabic and Japanese) - and as well as that be able to manage user permissions to enable clients to view pages that would be hidden to any other users. The public site is essentially info about the division and not much else - the real work went into the hidden backend. (The design, alas, is not mine - my superior did the original design, and I transposed it to a functioning webpage template.)
